What kind of animal is this? I don’t think it’s a cow or an ox. Is it an Irish Moiled?

Whilst in Dublin, the Smiths and I rented a car and took a day trip to the Cliffs of Moher. We hiked along the cliffs for a few hours, then hiked back in the rain (which took another hour). We got chocolate chip muffins to treat ourselves afterwards.
